## How booking works

- Book online at https://alternativetherapycenter.net/book/. No account is needed; guests can book.
- Pick a service and length, then any add-ons, then a date, a time and a therapist (or any therapist).
- Online booking takes appointments up to 12 months ahead and at least 1 hour before the start time. A waitlist is available when a time is full.
- You can book back-to-back sessions, or book for a family member or guest.

- Clients can cancel their own appointments online after signing in. To change an appointment, call 727-822-9220.
- Every session starts with a consultation with your therapist.
- No prescription or doctor's referral is needed for medical massage.
- We are not a membership facility. No membership is needed.

### Techniques

Our therapists blend techniques such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and stretching, based on what each person needs. These are used inside the services above and are not booked by name.

We do not list a Swedish or relaxation massage by name. Our therapeutic full-body massage is our main full-body session.
